We accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unused, unworn and in its original packaging. To start a return, simply contact our support team with your order number. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and a prepaid label if eligible.
Are any purchases final sale?
Earrings, discounted items and personalized pieces are final sale for hygiene and customization reasons. All final sale items will be marked clearly at checkout.
